We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role is critical in driving demand generation, customer engagement, and business growth across web, mobile, social, SEO, and SEM platforms.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the localization industry, staying on top of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices to create high-impact marketing initiatives. You should be proactive, resourceful, and highly analytical, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and managing external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact digital marketing strategy that delivers measurable results aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a digital marketing editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging content flow.
  • Plan, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring clear ROI and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions) to drive data-backed improvements.
  • Oversee and update the company website with fresh, industry-relevant content such as blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Stay informed about localization industry trends and leverage this knowledge to create relevant and impactful marketing strategies.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM tools (Google Analytics, Semrush) to maximize online visibility, traffic, and lead acquisition.
  • Build and manage CRM marketing automation processes using HubSpot, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, product, operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless marketing execution.
  • Manage relationships with website development vendors to ensure the company website remains optimized, functional, and engaging.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and copywriting, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of the localization industry and the ability to stay ahead of trends, challenges, and opportunities in this space.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills – ability to develop and execute a long-term editorial and campaign roadmap.
  • Excellent research and writing skills – capable of producing high-quality, engaging, and industry-relevant content.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including:
  • WordPress & Elementor (website management)
  • HubSpot, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo (CRM and marketing automation)
  • Google Analytics & Semrush (SEO, SEM, and data-driven insights)
  • Strong analytical mindset – able to track, measure, and interpret marketing performance to optimize results.
  • Experience in managing external vendors for website development, content production, and digital marketing services.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and independent – able to take ownership of projects, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills – comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • English at a native or near-native level
