Job Overview:
We are seeking professional Native Language Translators to join our team in Suzhou, China. This role involves translating UI content from English into Russian, Korean, or German, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and readability. You will work closely with our product team to enhance user experience through precise and natural translations.
This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential for a long-term contract based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate UI content from English to Russian, Korean, or German with high linguistic accuracy.
- Ensure translations are natural, culturally appropriate, and industry specific.
- Proofread and edit translated content for clarity and correctness.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize UI text placement.
- Research and apply appropriate terminology, especially in the robotic vacuum industry (experience in this field is a plus).
- Provide feedback on UI text for better localization and user experience.
Requirements:
- Native speaker of Russian, Korean, or German.
- Professional translation experience 2+ years in UI translation preferred.
- Experience in the robotic vacuum industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural differences.
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience using different CAT tools
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
