As Segway-Ninebot grew, it faced mounting challenges in localization:
Serving new markets: Segway-Ninebot’s internal marketing teams based in Europe and the United States handled translation of the main required languages. With a growing demand for localized content as the company entered more and more regions. As a result, the company began seeking a dedicated localization team to address diverse project requirements in various languages.

Project highlight
The Segway-Ninebot App team needed an orderly way to provide our linguists with UI screenshots for context during translation. To this end, we provided an efficient system for capturing and organizing screenshots that would then be displayed within our TMS at the translation stage. Combined with our swift communication, this system minimized back-and-forth with translators, ensuring speed and quality even under challenging conditions.
